I was the girl closing down the bar, chain smoking & ordering greasy food at 2am. Fitness coach? Not even close. I was exhausted, inflamed, overweight, & had zero confidence. As someone who is incredibly bendy and recently coming out of having a baby and trying to get their life back together; Kat's community is AMAZING!! I am not a gym goer. I am a I want to be healthy but can't stand being looked at type of gym creatur...
