A leader worth meeting
As someone who is incredibly bendy and recently coming out of having a baby and trying to get their life back together; Kat's community is AMAZING!! I am not a gym goer. I am a I want to be healthy but can't stand being looked at type of gym creature. Meaning I do my stuff in the comfort of my home. And Kat's community can be done that way. I also hate most gym clothes so it is nice to not be alone in that. Also the green tea chats are so fun. My kids love it too and ask to see Kat all the time. Kat is so dope and down to earth that I actually traveled over 5 hours to spend time with her. And it was Soo fun. She is a blast. I am sad she is moving further away so no more spontaneous weekend trips. But back to the fitness part. Kat has been so amazing at helping me get more confident with doing exercises and their forms. (When you are super bendy it is really easy to do things the wrong way) She is even doing extra research to help me out. (Yes I do PT but it is called at 20 visits a year and that is not enough) 10/10 recommend. Everyone in the group is sooo nice.

I feel welcomed and the personal DM from Doc - it sealed the deal!
I like the access to the community and found through Prove Worth platform!!! I have yet to experience any negatives. My membership to her community was approved so quickly.

The Hormone Hub Transformed My Sleep, Energy and ADHD Management
As someone who's worked in the medical field for 14 years, I didn't allow myself to be exposed to the world of natural medicine. I started to open my mind up before I joined the Hormone Hub, but Evelyn really helped me understand it all. I'm a nurse as well as a patient. Before joining Hormone Hub, I wasn't able to live my life to its fullest. I was held back by issues with sleep, overeating, and most of all, stress. The Hormone Hub really cemented the changes I'd been making, and helped to accelerate my self-care growth. Being part of this community has reminded me that I am not the only one who faced these struggles, and that helped reduce a lot of shame. The most important thing that I learnt from Evelyn is that it doesn't have to be complicated, it doesn't have to be difficult, or expensive. Little changes in my environment went a long way. Before joining, the improvements I made were scattered. But since joining Hormone Hub, they are a lot more consistent. I now no longer use my phone before or after bed, I avoid eating a few hours before and after sleep, and my fatigue levels have vastly improved. As someone with ADHD, this had profound impacts on my life. I find myself using my medication less. Hormone Hub also offers fun mission-based challenges, and the community's accountability has helped me walk outside every day for at least 20 minutes. I've kept this activity up for almost two weeks, which is a record for me. I feel lighter, healthier and overall, more comfortable with my life and in my body.

Feeling Strong and Tall
I typically was sick every month with a cold, flu, whatever germs are going around. On top of that, fatigue, not able to make it through a day without a nap, stomach issues such as bloating, nausea, and inflammation. After some lab testing, it was looking like I have Hashimotos and I realized I needed to take steps for my health. My friend invited me to this community and I just wanted to learn more. I have enjoyed learning more about how our bodies and hormones work, and my thoughts about food have been challenged. With a few shifts, such as grounding, getting morning sun, feeling grateful, and eating generally more animal based, many of my symptoms have improved! I have been healthy for a few weeks now. No sickness. Less bloating. More calm. I feel strong and oddly "taller." Energy levels are improving slowly. After about 2 months of slow changes from things I am learning from this community, I am seeing some results and it is encouraging! What has mattered most in this journey has been connecting my physical health with my emotional and mental health and starting to consider my stress levels and nervous system more.
