Kat's energy is incredible. It’s very no BS, but in the best possible way. She tells it like it is, while still being warm, comforting, and genuinely supportive. That balance is rare, and it’s been exactly what I needed to get myself moving again.
She’s been the number one reason I’ve felt motivated to get back into a workout routine. Not out of guilt or pressure, but because I actually want to show up for myself again.
